This a wonderful view looking east down I-80 today. I’m sorry that I couldn’t attach something to this picture that would make you feel the 90 degree heat. I decided that you can just take your laptops out in your backyard if you are any where in the Midwest. You can only imagine what tomorrow’s lead photo is going to be. Ha!

Biked out of Sydney early this morning. Full sunshine beyond belief and got hotter and hotter the further east we went. It was really ugly by the time we got to Omaha. It was fairly breezy the whole day, but for the first time that I can remember, the wind actually worked in our favor for the most part. Had lots of construction all along the way broken up into lengthy segments, but even those areas had pretty good speed limits that didn’t slow us down too much. It was about a 400 mile jaunt over to Omaha. Boy was it good to get off the bikes today and get inside with air conditioning. Staying again with Norm’s sister-in-law and her husband. We are looking forward to getting home tomorrow and being back with our families. Amen! The last week of this trip has really gone fast. Hard to believe that this is our last night on the road.
